As part of the Accelerator Cities Programme, UKGBC and the Green Finance Institute will be hosting an online workshop for local and combined authorities, housing associations and investors. The virtual workshop will be chaired by Emma Harvey, Programme Director at the Green Finance Institute, with contributions from leading experts on the built environment and finance.
This event will bring together local authority stakeholders and the finance community to:
- Explore the role of local authorities in delivering and enabling retrofit finance to all tenures
- Share best practice on designing retrofit projects that are ‘investible’ for financiers and ‘deliverable’ for local authorities
- Discover the latest financial innovations to support wide-scale retrofitting in the UK, with exclusive insights from the Coalition for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings
