The RICS is updating the SKA rating for Offices scheme to ensure it reflects current good practice in the environmental performance of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Part of the activities in the update process is to reach out to the market and industry seeking insights and feedback on the scheme itself so that it can remain relevant to all clients, designers, contractors, manufacturers and consultants. The SKA rating Technical Committee would like to consult with members of the UKGBC on their experiences and thoughts for the scheme and ways it can improve. Attendees can have in depth experience or be light users – all feedback is welcomed.
The workshop will be chaired by Elina Grigoriou of Grigoriou Interiors who chairs the SKA rating Technical Committee and will be joined by further members of the committee. The agenda will include opportunities to share wider views on the scheme itself as well as detailed discussions on the Offices scheme contents.
