Demystifying Green Infrastructure
A task group report providing guidance on the business case for green infrastructure, and practical steps for implementation.

Climate change adaptation, biodiversity and links between green space and quality of life are increasingly coming under the microscope. The sheer volume and complexity of guidance that exists promoting Green Infrastructure (GI) can be bewildering. This is often challenging for the non-specialists within the construction industry, particularly clients and developers, to understand which information and guidance they should be following. This report is intended as guidance for clients and developers on GI, with the aim of bridging the gap between understanding the concept of GI, and its actual implementation.
